This 3-Quart enamel Dutch oven is perfect for cooking, marinating, refrigeration, and freezing. You can use the color porcelain enamel on cast iron on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, as well as in the oven. However, it is not recommended for use on outdoor grills or over open flames, and it cannot be used in microwaves.

The hygienic porcelain enamel is non-reactive with food. While it is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to maintain its original appearance.
